Connected Rogers



This new service lets you reserve a device you want ahead of time so that you can avoid lineups and searching for it around town. Once your device is available, it will be placed on hold in a Rogers store for you to pick up.

Here’s How To Make A Reservation*

  1. Log in to
  2. Select the wireless number you wish to make your reservation with and then select Device Reservation.
  3. Follow the prompts to reserve your device and select the store you would like to pick up from.
  4. Once reserved, you can check the status of your device’s shipment, change the device selected or cancel your reservation with your My Rogers account.

*A refundable fee of $40 (plus applicable taxes) is required for reservation prior to device pickup. The fee will be refunded in case of cancellation of reservation or when the device is shipped out from Rogers warehouses.
