QUESTION: I subscribe to Call Display. Why can’t I see the caller ID details for some of the calls I receive?
ANSWER: There isn’t anything wrong from your end. There are a couple of reasons why a number might not be displayed, including:
The caller has intentionally blocked his or her number. If this is the case, there’s nothing that you can do about it.
If you’re using the Call Forward feature, information initially intended for your other line will not be displayed.
Call Display might not be available or display properly in some cases because the call was placed by an operator or from a business-line extension.
