QUESTION: How do I order TV channels or packages using my Rogers Digital TV remote?

ANSWER: Order any Rogers Digital TV channel using the Quick Start menu. (Note: the channel name must appear in green to qualify; otherwise, you can order it by calling 888-ROGERS1 (888-764-3771).

TO ORDER A CHANNEL THROUGH THE QUICK START MENU (ONTARIO ONLY):

  1. Press Guide until the Quick Start menu appears.
  2. Scroll to Get More TV and select OK. The order services screen will now come up.
  3. Scroll to the channel or package you wish to order and press OK. Now press A to order the channel. You will be asked to enter your PIN code (default PIN: 0000.)
  4. Confirm purchase by pressing A and then follow the prompts to confirm. Channel will become available within 24 hours.

ORDER THROUGH ANY OTHER QUICK START SUB-MENU:

  1. Press Guide until the Quick Start menu appears.
  2. Highlight On Demand and press OK. The On Demand screen will now appear.
  3. Scroll to any submenu you wish, and select OK.
  4. Scroll to the channel or package you wish to order and press OK.
  5. Press A to order, and follow the prompts to confirm. You will be asked to enter your PIN code (default PIN: 0000).

I have been trying to UNSUBSCRIBE for about 10 minutes or so and find that when I press the unsubscribe button that nothing happens. It won’t even let me go back a page, your system just freezes. I would like to know what the problem is by return mail or email. very dissatisfied!
